剧情：
1928年，一种被称为“白死病”的瘟疫在美国肯塔基州肆意蔓延，结果造成6万3千人死亡。在此期间，民众在路易西村卫佛里丘上修建一座疗养院以供患者的治疗，但是依然阻挡不了死神的脚步。为了处理死者尸体，人们在疗养院附近掘出五百尺深的坑渠用于掩埋尸体，它被称作“死亡隧道”。时间来到现代，就读于医科大学的希瑟·里德（Steffany Huckaby 饰）、托瑞（Annie Burgstede 饰）、伊丽莎白（Yolanda Pecoraro 饰）、蒂凡（Melanie Lewis 饰）等五个女孩被邀请参加一个名为“真理和恐惧”的派对。但是她们最终被带到了那座早已废弃的恐怖疗养院。在这个恐怖漫长的夜晚，女孩们将经历永生难忘的一刻……
